# Privacy Policy: Kineto

Kineto is developed by Docco Labs. This policy explains what the app does with your
data. The short version: **Docco Labs operates no servers and receives no data from this
app.**

## We collect nothing

Kineto has no account system, no login, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no
crash-reporting service. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal
information. There is no server operated by Docco Labs for this app to send anything to.

## Data the app uses on your device

**Motion sensors.** Kineto's experiences are played by moving your phone. Motion and
orientation readings are processed on your device to power gameplay and are not stored
or transmitted to Docco Labs.

**Nearby players.** To host or join a session, Kineto discovers and connects to other
phones nearby using your device's local connectivity (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth).
These connections run directly between the devices in the session. They do not pass
through a Docco Labs server.

**Your name and avatar.** The display name and avatar you choose are stored only on your
device. When you host or join a session, they are shared with the other players in that
session so they can see who is playing. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

**Players Radar and nearby positioning.** To show where nearby players are, Kineto can
use your phone's Ultra Wideband (UWB) chip where available, the camera (through the
platform's augmented reality tools, to keep direction readings steady), the compass, and, where available, GPS
location. Camera images are processed on your device for this purpose and are not
recorded, stored or transmitted. Distance and direction readings are exchanged only with
other players in your current session and only while the session is active.

**Settings and progress.** Your preferences, scores and other app settings are stored
only on your device.

## Data that leaves your device

Kineto does not send data to any server operated by Docco Labs or, to our knowledge, to
any other third-party service. The only data that leaves your device is the session
information described above (name, avatar, gameplay state, and positioning readings),
which goes directly to the other players in your session.

## Tracking

Kineto does not track you. We do not use your data for advertising, do not share it with
data brokers, and do not link it to your identity across apps or websites.

## Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone,
including children under 13.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised
date above.
